About Nickas Legal

Established in 2019 and based in Beaumaris, Nickas Legal specialises in the area of town planning law. The company takes the family name of its principal.

 

Its principal, Panos has worked a combined 23 years in both local government and private practice.

 

His last 6½ years in private practice culminated in a senior position at one of Victoria’s most highly regarded law firms. Prior to that he coordinated and appeared as the VCAT advocate for a dynamic and progressive local council.

 

Panos consistently appears at VCAT acting for a diverse client base. He also appears at Planning Panels and the Building Appeals Board.

 

He is knowledgeable and connected in the industry. His calm and personable demeanour is respected and achieves results.

 

Panos holds degrees in law (LL.B) and town planning (BAppSc (Plan)).
